I have been blessed to train and study Holistic Classical Yoga & Authentic Yang family Tai Chi extensively under masters in these fields. My mission is to share these teachings in their traditional form to support individuals on their journey of health, resilience and well-being.

Everything taught is true to the Satyananda Yoga tradition of Bihar School of Yoga, India and is suitable for all ages. While a flexible body is not a requirement, willingness to learn, genuine curiosity and persistence will go a long way.

My years of studying and teaching the ancient practices in their authentic, traditional form have helped me deeply understand the human system and teach based on individual needs. My students come from all walks of life and age groups. Especially if you have a specific health condition or are looking to deepen your yoga practice, it is recommended that you consider one-on-one classes.
Pre and post-natal
Child birth is a significant event in many ways, especially for the mother. Yoga pre and post-delivery assists her body and mind to prepare while being a support to manage some of the challenges 'pre' and heal , strengthen and regain hormonal balance 'post-delivery'. It is also effective in dealing with postpartum depression and other challenges that may occur. I provide a personalized program in a private setup online.
Yoga for Seniors
A program designed specifically for Senior well-being. I have been teaching seniors including those with Arthritis and have had positive results in pain reduction, increased mobility and maintaining health.
Corporate
Workshops are offered to assist reduction of stress, and increase focus and performance, through Mind - Body - Hand alignment with Classical Yogic Practices.
Authentic Yang family Tai Chi
Tai Chi meaning the 'Ultimate Fist' is a balance between the Yin and the Yang, and is practised in slow, relaxed flowing natural movements. Its calming, structured movements counteracts the stress of everyday life and assists recovery from wear and tear, as a therapeutic modality. Tai Chi is also fondly called as 'Meditation in Motion'. There are about 5 major styles of Tai Chi of which the Yang style is most widely practiced around the world. I have been learning and teaching Authentic Yang Family Tai Chi under the guidance of Sifu George Thomas. Sifu George is sixth generation master and disciple of Grand Master Fu Sheng Yuan (fifth generation Yong Nian Yang Family). I continue to share this art in its traditional form as handed down.With COVID19 I am working on bringing Tai Chi classes online and will announce once ready. Prenatal Yoga Class
I had attended 1:1 prenatal yoga classes with AJ and I found them beneficial throughout my pregnancy, labor and post-partum journey. His approach was very customized to my individual body type and needs. The classes used to be very holistic in nature, with mantra, warm up, asanas, pranayama and meditation. He always took the time to explain the concept behind any new that he would teach in a class. The classes always had a calming effect on me.
